One of our favorite microgreens recipes is a zesty happy hour beverage. It’s a refreshing cocktail with a punch and a probiotic edge—The Kombucha Cocktail. Garnishing or muddling cocktails with microgreens adds more flavor to your drink as well as added micronutrients. Complexity is created by combining the cucumber taste of starflower (borage) and the sweet crunch of popcorn microgreens.
Pour the tequila shot and kombucha into a glass with cubed ice and stir. Garnish with Infinite Harvest Popcorn Microgreens and Starflower (borage).
