Holiday Cocktail: Serendipity’s Microgreens Recipe

This tart yet refreshing microgreens recipe features juices, fresh fruit, and popcorn microgreens (vodka optional). It’s the perfect holiday cocktail to enjoy with guests or on a cozy winter night at home.

Holiday Cocktail (Holiday Punch) Recipe

Garnish this holiday cocktail with popcorn microgreens,

You can make this holiday cocktail the day of or premix it the night before to let the flavors marinate. You can also make a single-serve cocktail or mix up a big jug for guests.

The important thing is to add equal parts of the main ingredients. A single-serve glass uses two ounces of each liquid.

• Cranberry juice (equal parts, or 2 oz)
• Limeade (equal parts, or 2 oz)
• Orange juice (equal parts, or 2 oz)
• Club Soda (equal parts, or 2 oz)
• Spring 44 Vodka (equal parts, or 2 oz)
• Fresh Cranberries
• Orange + Lime slices
• Popcorn microgreens (Sweet Corn Microgreens)

Adding microgreens to recipes adds delicate texture and intense flavor. For this holiday punch, the sweetness of the popcorn microgreens balances out the tartness of cranberry juice and citrus flavors.
