Whole Foods Market in 7 States Will Now Offer Infinite Harvest’s Hydroponic Microgreens
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (November 17, 2020) — Infinite Harvest, the Denver-based producer of vertically farmed hydroponic produce, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Whole Foods Market to offer Infinite Harvest’s microgreens to health conscious consumers in seven states.
Six varieties of Infinite Harvest’s microgreens are now available at over 30 Whole Foods Market locations in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, and Texas.
“We are grateful and thrilled to have this new relationship with Whole Foods Market and we look forward to delivering fresh, local supplies of our microgreens to customers,” said Infinite Harvest’s Sales Manager Kurt Peter. “Infinite Harvest microgreens are safe, healthy, and flavorful and can show up to more than 60 times the nutrients than their mature counterparts.”
Microgreens are easy to use. Simply toss them in a salad, layer them into a sandwich, or use them as a garnish in cocktails or on dishes. Microgreens recipes can be found on the Infinite Harvest website.
A recent video with Chef Preston Phillips of GRIND Kitchen + Watering Hole in Denver demonstrates how he incorporates Infinite Harvest products in his cooking.
