Infinte Harvest Introduces Starflower (Borage) Microgreens
Infinite Harvest, the Colorado-based producer of hydroponic green produce, is pleased to announce the release of its newest microgreen: Starflower, also known as Borage.
This refreshing microgreen has thick and crunchy leaves and tastes like delicious cucumbers. Enjoy Infinite Harvest’s Starflower microcreens on salads; use it muddled or as a garnish in a mixed drink or dish; or add it to smoothies.
“We are excited to introduce Infinite Harvest’s new Starflower microgreen. It is flavorful, full of nutrients, and packs a powerful crunch,” said James Romano, Director of Operations. “Because our indoor vertical farm allows us to grow year-round, we can continuously grow new varieties of new products.”
Orders can be picked up at Infinite Harvest’s vertical farm in Lakewood, CO, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.
